A professional photographer relies on the income from their work. Claiming that exposure is sufficient compensation is a display of ignorance. This misconception would quickly be corrected if the individual in question were not paid for their work. A Fundamental standard is to credit the photographer by name alongside each photograph, as this acknowledgment allows others to discover their work. There are two straightforward options:
1/ Written permission for image use with proper citation.
2/ A paid agreement for image use.

Prior permission from Scott Moore and/or Scott Moore Photography is required before any posting or publishing, along with proper tagging.
Magazines & Newspapers
Appropriate credit in print editorials, like magazines and newspapers, is compulsory. For instance, “Photography by Scott Moore Photography” should be included beneath each photo, or in the margin as per the publication’s style guide.
Permission
All interested parties are required to obtain seperate written permissions before sharing or publishing the photographs in print, electronic advertising, magazines, portfolios, websites, blogs, or any business or personal online platforms. permission for display of the photographs may be revoked at any time for any reason. Should a removal request be issued in accordance with our written agreement, you are obliged to remove the photographs within 24 hours of receiving the request. Non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions obligates you to compensate Scott Moore and/or Scott Moore Photography according to the usage fees outlined in the Scott Moore Photography Price Guide, which is available upon request. This compensation is based on the customary monetary rate for such usage and then industry standard at the time of publication or distribution. You may also incur liability for actual and/or statuary damages.
